Toy Soldiers, H Street

Two painted toy soldiers on the facade of a building on H Street, NE. I have no idea what they're there for, but they certainly appear to have been there for a long time. Maybe once upon a time in the 1960s it was a toy store. Or maybe they were somewhere else and brought there recently.
