Very engaging, very elegant photograph. Nicely composed and executed, in particular not overdoing it with an even slower shutter speed. Beautiful tonal rendition.
It feels as though the moving water should be dead center, making it a perfectly positioned collum of light (or difracted light). Doing that would reveal more rocks on the right, balancing the ones on the left.
The printing is wonderful, and the rocks have the feeling of that light granite. The only problem with the printing, (and it is minor) is the rock in the lower right corner is loo light compared to the rest of the photograph. It keeps your attention there, instead of moving around within the picture space.
I have eaten at that particular place a few times. I remember looking that pond. They were not very polite to young people. Now, whenever I am in California I have Mexican.
Congratulations. IMHO. You have succeeded in capturing the water flow so that is does not resemble milk - by your choice of shutter speed. One of the few photographs of this type posted that I am unable to fault artistically.
