Through the Window Telephoto Ne'er-do-wells

I was in my home office upstairs and had just loaded a film. I noticed some ne'er-do-well youths loitering near the garages across the street. I found my 200mm lens, not used in years, and took this shot. They knew I was watching but carried on smoking drugs....
