The yellow filter has certainly helped produce an interesting sky. I like the tower but I find the convergence of the chapel on the left awkward and it makes me feel slightly queazy. I think a different viewpoint would have been better but nonetheless it's a striking photo.
Architecture like that is difficult and it has annoyed me with my own photographs. Some lenses/cameras are worse than others but sometimes the effect can be reduced by moving position. The ultimate answer is a shift lens or a camera with a front standard that can be tilted. Some correction is possible in the darkroom if the enlarger has the ability to tilt the lens.
