Terrific portrait. Silly question; You used the 250mm, a rare choice, for this and the most recent Pippa - at about what distance?
 
I ask because I have some portrait work coming up (which I've never really done) using Mamiya TLRs and the 250 looks like it will do the trick for exactly the reason you state.
