I can't stop looking at those trees - nothing else I know like them. 'Nice work, keeping the shadow detail in the back light.
 
Yes, the were backlit by a scorching sun. And they are massive ! The tree on the left is about 5 meters (15 feet) wide at eye level, and is still not the biggest tree of this group
 
15' across. That just boggles my tiny mind.
