THE REMAINS

I rate the film at 640 asa and then bracket 2/3 rds of stop either side. I usually get printable negs, but I opt for the easier one to print.

Nice shot. For that "otherworldly" look in everyday scenes I don't think there's anything to beat HIE and there now nothing like it out there. With the right scene SFX can get close to the so-called wood effect but doesn't have that ethereal quality and as for others with an EI of 3......Well I for one don't want to carry a tripod for the whole day while I use up a 36 frame cassette.

Thank you guys for your comments. I did crop some of the foreground and I don't think I have much to spare at the top or LHS. You compose your picture and hope for the best.
Scott I think that the OM4Ti is one of the best camera's ever made. While other camera's were getting bigger and heavier the OM's got smaller & lighter. The 24mm lens is ideal for IR shooting, I set it at f16 and spot meter on Auto and set it on the hyper-focal distance. Out of focus shots rarely occur.

Cheers
Vincent
