Agreed. This was probably print #4 or #5 through the developer. I suspect it was near exhaustion based on how long it took to develop (12-15min). I recall adding an antioxidizer agent at the third print which helps reduce some of the artifacts and flaws associated with Lith (peppercorn and snowflake). However, it usually does not bother me as this can add something to a print.
