A tribute to some of the first Alaskans brought here in the hopes of a fortune of gold. Some successful, others not. This one of the remaining cabins in the Crow Creek Mining district at the base of the Chugach Mountains. The district is now one of the most visited tourist regions in Southcentral Alaska, with people from all over the world visiting yearly. It is also a very popular wedding spot with nearly 50 weddings conducted there so far this year.
