The heat lamp

I reckon, as parents, we all do stupid things once in a while. Mine was to let Stef piddle about with this old Philips infra red heat lamp. No problem while it was switched on, but he picked it up a couple of minutes later and burnt his hand; not badly, but enough to make him yelp and make me suffer paroxysms of guilt to this day.
