i like the exposure better on this on (i think). i think it would be better with her lips in it. the pose is better as well.

"The hairy eye ball" is a bit unflattering for what I guess is a beautiful lady. Yes, I do think too that seeing the lips and more of the profile of the face in the underexposed version is better..
