The candy is in its secret hidden area for trick or treater tomorrow night (and so that my two won't get into it!!) The costumes are ready.. The pumpkins are carved into Jack-O-Lanterns.
And I have absolutely no doubt that there are ghosts in New England! As you can see... I have photographic proof!! HAH!!
Happy hallowe'en Suzanne! Hope your ghosts have fun (and don't eat too much candy)
Lovely photo & print - I have a can of that developer that's been sitting on my shelf for a bit, think I will crack it open!
I find LPD a convenient developer. I like powdered developers... don't have to pay for shipping a lot of water, and the more you dilute it... the warmer your prints get. I've been diluting it to about 1:8 or so. I've done it more like 1:15, but ended up with underdeveloped mushy prints, so watch that!!
Thanks everyone... we're excited around here for trick or treating tonight!!
Not a very complicated, esoteric, or sophisticated composition - certainly NO effort to conform to "rule of thirds"; simple subject - where is my definition of "kitsch"...? Overall ... "snapshotty"...
And this image simply blows me away! Astounding work (... or was it "work" ?). Beautifully done and a source of GREAT emotional energy.
It goes to show you, when you've got it ... you've GOT it ... and "rule of thirds"
be dammned!
BRAVA!!!!
