The Dog

He looks sweet. Curious, how much do you guess he'll weigh fullgrown and does he have a curl to his tail? We have a former stray who looks a bit like him and we'd love to know just what he is (ours is 95 pounds).

Thanks for the nice comments. He really wont get that big. Shiba's only get to about 25 pounds. There is a bigger bread that looks just like this, Akita's and they get near 100 pounds when full grown.

The tail is naturally curly, as are Akitas. The tail is almost always curled unless the dog is frightned or asleep. Its very strange.

Thanks for the comment. Akitas are nice dogs, but too big for where we live. A shiba being about 1/3. A friend of mine has three of them and they are truly wonderful pets.
