The Belvada Hotel

Looks like the repair was a success.

How much of the hotel is original?

It went through the usual downgrade to cheap apartments with sinks and toilets added, exposed plumbing all over the place, and finally abandonment. Some windows were lost and the pigeons moved in. Roof leaks spoiled ceilings at the top floor with other damage. So when the Clines, of Cline Cellers bought it and restored it for us we consider ourselves very very lucky.

That's a nice one Jim, to bad you didn't park the Model A out front.

That double 35 is a cool technique, very artsy. You might want to continue with that on other subjects.
