Thankful for My Daughter

Haven't posted on APUG in a long, long time. My daughter was diagnosed last year with a brain tumor so naturally photography was put on hold. After chemo and proton radiation, she has beaten it and is now cancer free. I made a portrait of her before her hair fell out, but couldn't bring myself to even develop the film until this fall. Has resulted in a beautiful print and a reminder of what's really important in life. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody.

Having a child hurting is the worst thing on earth. Good on you for helping her through it.
