This image is another extract from a super 8 film. The film was Kodachrome 40 type A which was then duplicated onto a sheet of Kodak TMX 8x10"
having duplicated this I then produced a contact sheet onto Kodak Double Weight Bromesko Ivory fine grain luster stock which has been scanned for your viewing.
seems like a rather convoluted process to get an image, sometimes I feel that all the gimmickry of technique some photogs use is sort of effort to hide poor imagery with smoke and mirror effects (sort of like painting a dog gold, who cares if it is gold? it is still only a poor dog photo)
I do sort of like the look of this image, thou I am unsure of the message
