Texas Chrysotype: Amon B King Monument

Texas Chrysotype: Amon B King Monument

Having lost my #25 filter, I stupidly used a 5 variable contrast filter to darken the sky for the dramatic clouds. Contrast went wild of course. At some point, I will reprint this on Revere Platinum sized with gum arabic.

Amon B King was sent by Sam Houston to Refugio to escort the women and children of the town to the safety of Goliad. King was captured by General Urrea, and he and his men were tortured and shot.

Scan needs spotting. I will probably rescan on my Epson V700 when it arrives.
