Yes, highly restrictive depth of field is imperative here in order to circumscribe the subject matter. And the bokeh almost makes him look like he is facing a pool of water. This is not a negative comment, simply one that posits that this image 'can be looked into'. - David Lyga

@David Lyga I love bokeh I have several of those lenses that renders an interesting even too much interesting bokeh, jajajaja. I wanted to "circumscribe the subject matter" as you has pointed out but also to do it against the wonderful bubbles that the Zenzanon 100/2.8 produces. I like you comparation ... "a pool o water".
