Was it chilly out? (Guess I shouldn't ask that last time I asked that the OP called me a pervert and deleted his account, hope you dont)
Any way interesting composition, a peaceful moment, quiet gaze, somebody looks like they are shaking.

@awty No - it wasn't chilly. This was mid-summer we shot this, it is Infrared film, and the exposure was just long enough there's a little camera shake in the shot.

@jnantz Thanks. Yeah- when I was looking at this I thought about the motion blur and my initial reaction was "ooh, I shook the camera during the exposure. Boo" but then the more I looked at it, the more I liked the softness and fuzziness of it. It adds a certain dreamlike quality to it.

What made you choose IR film for this idea?

@Colin Corneau I was just playing around photographing the figure in the landscape in IR to see how it would turn out. I've done it periodically and I like the dreamlike/unreal quality it gives.

He is beautifully placed within the frame. I love the IR.
