Tawas Point Lighthouse

This was a hard neg to print. I don't think it was over or under exposed, it was just a very low contrast day. Cloudy, early morning, snowing. I ended up split grading it with 4sec@0 and 24sec@5. Now I know some would say "Why not just print it at g5?" Well I tried and lost what highlight detail I had. I did get some banding which I really don't understand. Doesn't look like a light leak, but I used a plastic reel and tank with spinning agitation, not inversion. Any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated. I have a couple shots from a FujiGW690 that still need to be processed so all hope is not lost!
