Thanks, after I got home from vacation I found out that Ansel Adams shot this church many years ago. Wish my photos were as well know as his, or as good.
I am not at all sure what Ansel would have done differently if shooting this scene in terms of the neg or final print to make it look better. He might of course have done it in the Ansel style which isn't the same thing as better. It looks good to me. pentaxuser

Every famous photographer that ever came thru NM has shot the Rancho de Taos church. Georgia O'Keefe painted it. I've even shot it (look in my gallery). Does that make us both famous?And a very good photo it is. Keep up the good work.Brian

Thanks, guess we may not be famous, but we have good taste on what objects to shoot. I am looking forward to next year's vacation to take some photos of the back, which I missed this time.
