Washtubs for seats. It doesn't get much better than that.
 
I really can't recall pushing TBH - I might have had it set to +1. The lighting wasn't bad, there was nice African sun shining in and she is basically looking at a window. IIRC the exposure was about f4.5/60 with a tripod.
