Swirl: Clear Lake MB December 2015

A rare phenomenon occurred last week in the national park just north of me. Cold windless nights and no snow left the lake mirror smooth and reflective, and you could see through the ice to the sandy bottom 10, 20 or more feet below...absolutely magical.
I took my Hasselblad out and burned off some film - very glad I did. The sights and sounds will remain with me a long time.
