Thank you for your comments. One of her boots did come up more brown than the other. my experience is sometimes there is uneven humidity in the paper when making Ziatypes and it can cause tonal color variations in a print. If it's in a smooth area it can be seen as a defect, but in certain areas of certain prints it can add some nice variation. Check out Jenn and the Bowl of Cherries in my Gallery. There the different coloration worked well, I think.
