Looks like he started the lawn mower....and said, time for a beer!

Maybe a re-visit with a correctly mounted enlarger lens will do wonders?

Actually I think you have all of the ingredients of a good picture, late afternoon light, main subject in the foreground, with the mower waiting for the beer to be finished in the background.

Good balance, pity about the other chair, although it does say there are other people around.

I'll certainly have another go at it with the correctly mounted enlarger - the other chair was always the thing that bugged me with the shot. I may have a go at cropping and see how it turns out. I took several frames at the time, I'll give another look over the negatives and post the results when I can.

Lose the mower and plakky chairs and this guy could be part of the Kelly gang!
