This is a wonderful portrait Mark. Her dress gives just the right amount of "clutter" to keep the picture interesting but without distracting. And even the chair, which I suspect would be quite ugly in any other photo, works well and supports your composition.
If there's one thing I don't like though, it's the lettering on the left. To me it comes across as an unnecessary distraction that breaks my concentration on her gaze and stops me contemplating what she's thinking about. Or possibly even worse it may be perceived as an affectation to "prove" you used film...
Hands in a tightly cropped portrait can be a big problem. Here it is handled beautifully. Good background, good lighting, lovely model. I agree with Ian about showing the rebate of the film.
I also think this is a very good portrait. I agree with Ian on the film markings, they are quite light and your eyes tend to slide over to them, especially as she is looking towards them as well.
The tonality in the print would surely be worth looking at, I'll live with a monitor, sigh.
