If it weren't for the planes in the background, I'd think you took a close-up of a kid's air-filled toy! What exactly is a super guppy?

That is one strange looking craft but if it's good enough for NASA...
 
That is one ugly aircraft.....even uglier than the DreamLifter (used for the 787 assembly). They are impressively strange in person too. I'm always amazed that airplanes fly at all and these planes especially!

Great shot of it though. The image captures its strangeness well!
 
Strange indeed. I saw one years ago land in San Diego to pick up Atlas missile parts from Convair. Great shot of an amazing flying machine.
