Quite spectacular but given the location it seems to "fit". There has been a thread or maybe threads on this kind of Rollei film but this is the first time I have seen an example of what a print might look like. Would all shots with redscale film be this red or does the intensity depend on light conditions? I ask because such redness might be over the top most of the time Thanks
The redness definitely depends on the light conditions. It's recommended to shoot at ISO640, but I usually meter for ISO800 and try to get a lot of contrast. If it's too dark, if find the images are a bit too grainy. I'm at around 50% success rate with this film. It's tricky but the results can be fantastic. This photo was taken at 1pm on a very sunny day, not at sunset. That probably would have resulted in a grainy shot.
