Shot this one on 8x10 Efke IR through 87C opaque filter. Very loooong exposure one foggy morning. Some weird things going on in that sky. I shot a few more on HP5, but no weirdness...
'Wonderful, Andrew. 'Love the subject matter, that you're preserving it, and doing it so beautifully. As you mentioned on an earlier shot - their future isn't always secure. 'Wish we has some in Alaska doing similar.
@HiHoSilver ... There are several dotting central/northern Saskatchewan, that are in rough shape. Some have been saved, some haven't. St. Mary's, luckily, is being well taken care of by the locals. I wish I could be out there, driving around and photographing them, but tricky when I live on the West coast... Hopefully, I can squeeze in a trip this summer... @mooseontheloose ... actually, that's 15 bites per leg. Prairie skeeters are big suckers, taking way more blood than the skeeters in Japan... as you know, being a Prairie girl!
@HiHoSilver ...Maybe...but it's not nearly as interesting. I could just scan it in, I guess! @awty ...Thank you! I've shot quite a bit of film here over the years, and this is the one I'm most happiest with.
