Nice ironwork too; Is that an underpass or is there a subway in Philly?

It's beautiful, unkept ironwork. That's a train underpass from Center city to somewhere....NE Phila? There was an urban photogrphy exploring group that was going to go through some of these tunnels/underpasses. No one's heard from them in a while.....coincidence..........?
