I took the bronica with me while fishing at the lake. The level was low, revealing hundreds of dry stumps.

Sorry wildbill, but I have to differ with Donald's interpretation. A bunch of clear-cut stumps revealed after a "lakes" level has been allowed to drop is about as far from 'primal' as I can imagine!

I think wildbill got his camera position so low that the stump on the left cut the skyline to emphasize this point.

I see awful sadness in a landscape changed...

Yes, but great for photos! I like the way the stumps are placed and the one at the front is like some kind of spider thingy, trying to pick up that rock.
