Thanks for you comments. Yes, it's a Norway pine on rock a few meters from the fjord.

Odd question... what is that sort of star burst sort of \ / pattern on the horizon near the right edge ? Looks like a faint kid's drawing of a sun rise/set or something.

Hi Akki14. I just sent a mail to you with link to a map showing that the "dent" is an arm of the fjord between a high island and the mainland.

Great eye Akki, I didn't catch that until you mentioned it. The hint of a fjord back there makes it sort of ominous....... and I am walking away with even more mystery now than on my first visit. Cool and thanks.

No, I didn't mean the horizon line and the fjord, I meant above the horizon line. This:

Finally I see what you mean. I believe it was too hazy to see anything of the hills over the city Oslo that is in this direction, but I'll check next time I pass this location.
