Passing by for a freelance job, I noticed people staging a peaceful sit in style protest to help save a heritage building. I love parades and protests, for street photography!

Cropping 20% from the top would give the subjects respect. That ain't a PopPhoto pretend-graphic exercise after all

Thanks for the comments...I did chat with the folks. The woman first, the guy left before I could but he had no issue with me taking pictures.

I don't necessarily subscribe to the "tight and bright, cram it all in" school of thinking. I also don't think acres of dead space is worth a crap, either...I take each shot on its own and all the space that's there is meant to be there....YMMV
