Street Light

Just trying out some SFX a couple of weeks ago. I like this stuff.
Location
Brandon Cemetary
Equipment Used
Mamiya 1000s; 80mm
Film & Developer
SFX200; Rodinal 1:50
Paper & Developer
Ilford RC Pearl
Lens Filter
Cokin IR
Great effect. White foliage, set against the dark lamp but without the intense black sky of some IR films which can be over the top sometimes.

As a matter of interest what aperture and exposure did you use? Thanks

Great photo.
I'm glad I noted it was Ilford SFX, cause I wasn't sure this stuff would produce good IR results.
thank you

Thanks for that. It helps confirm what others have said that 1/30th is possible with f5.6. In my own experience handholding was perfectly possible with SFX and a Wratten 25 but the white foliage effect was largely missing. This indicates that handholding is possible with the full SFX filter as well, especially with a wide angle lens where f8 and 1/16th is likely to get a reasonable DoF and sharpness.
