Very subtle, I think I would neeed to see a print of this. I think I know what you're after here but I don't know if it comes across.

In thinking about it, I think you need more limited DOF, more of a selective focus to make the small reeds or grass more evident.

Miles said it - peaceful. It has an almost meditative effect on me. The reflections of the trees broken by the rippled water is seriously beautiful.

This is a negative scan of a workprint that I liked well enough to scan. The final print is more dynamic and not quite as 'flat'.
