One of the most expressive of portraits I've seen! Apart from the wonderful subject, the location and time is just great. The wind, waves in the back and dark clouds speak of a stormy day but the water that just flows peacefully right under the feet of that most serene and proud child makes quite powerful and dare I say subtly surrealistic.
