Stormy Afternoon Over Covered Bridge

Very nice shot. The clouds add emotion to the scene. As well, the leaf-less trees seem to compliment the wooden structure of the bridge.

We have several covered bridges in central Iowa. I've photographed them on different occasions but, was never very excited with the results. I like your image a lot more than anything I've been able to produce.

Nice work, John. For me, the black shadow of the bridge in the water with all the leaves and whatnot floating really makes the image. Best. Shawn

I like the serenity of the piece. I would like to see it in person as I know that toned images dont always come across on the computer well.
