An interesting boulder about halfway to the falls from the campground.

Well guess what. I would again try a softer paper. I think a little edge burning along the top would help as there appears to be a bit of flare at top mid print. I would burn the lower left where the roots have strong highlights down a bit.

These are really three very nice photos. I bet they were shot within a hours time. Time that in my opinion that was very well spent indeed.
 
You're right Claire, within 30 minutes actually, thats all I felt like tolerating of the cold and wet that day.
I will try the burning in next time I print and see what comes of it. May look good on some of that 28 year old polycontrast.
 
Nice! I like it even better with the bottom 20% cropped out to make the big rock and the water the sole centers of interest.
