Stewart Cove 2

Flatbed scan of 8x10 print. Toned in sulfide ( 90 sec) / Bleach ( 10 sec) / Selenium ( minutes). I know that generally it is againt art rules to split the horizon right in the middle.. yes? no? thoughts appreciated..

Hi Victor,

with the horizon centered, this image speaks much louder than the other one you posted. I think that once you've learned the rules, it's so you know when it's time to break them. And rules are boring.

Looks like the selenium 'stain' is a little uneven, with some green tint in the bottom right, or is that the scanning? Or maybe my monitor?

Good composition, I get drawn into the picture, the printing is really good, it feels rich.

From my pov the horizon in the middle was a darn good idea. I get the impression that there's two images and yet, it is not.

Real good and strong
