Nope. No practice required at all. Works perfectly. When I worked as a field geologist decades ago this is how we used to read stereo pairs of topographic aerial photographs while in the field. We had special glasses available. But real men just used their eyes. Your two sets snapped in immediately. Sort of like learning how to ride a bicycle, I suppose. One never forgets.
