Erie,

I believe it was in late spring but I'm not absolutely positive. But the water level is usually only that high at that time of year in this location and the greenery looks fresh and young. The dry leaves are probably left over from the previous fall.

Very nice, Above this area last of many pludge pools I have done very well, this area is great if your into moving water.
