Ken, yes it was made specifically for the magazine. I work on the lake out in a boat and shoot photos out of boredom anyway, but I was trying to get them a better/more interesting photo than what they usually use. Unfortunately the printer wanted his own photographer to get the cover shot and did all he could to subtly sabotage my photo, as evidenced by the blown highlights. Luckily the people who make the final decisions aren't as picky as me!
