a monochrome taken at the same time as I took the Fuji Velvia 100F . When I went to New York in 2017 I took view from Rockefeller Centre so I bet you Americans take THIS View !! Ha ha ! it was CHEAPER for me to get there !
Very nice view from above! Hope I'll see London again - been there in the early 80's at last.
I really have a thing for those chromogenic films like the XP2 Super and Fuji Neopan 400CN for C-41 developement.
I remember XP2 being less grainier than your photograph - maybe due from being out-dated or from a poor scan?
I tend to rate my XP2 / Neopan 400CN @Iso 200 and develope for box speed - opposite of that expected and obtained
with conventional films overexposed XP2 SUPER negatives have finer grain and a wide tonal range.
yes -- negative was a bit 'Thin' -- maybe I did not give enough allowance for the filter. I am gradually finishing up my 02/2007 dated Ilford XP2 400 Super -- now a kind bloke gave a pack of 10 120 rolls dated 2011 --that's FRESH !!
Agreed! 2011 is ''fresh'' film. I have about 100 rolls Neopan 400CN 120 in my freezer - expiry date from 2012 to 2019.
No difference between the oldest and the freshest rolls.
