St.Louis Arch

Too bad about the injured film here. But actually, for me anyway, the main points of interest are the steeple and arch which are in fine shape. Any chance of just darkening the small portion of the over-exposed area? At least enough so it does not attract attention. Regardless, still a very neat idea and approach from this POV.
