I wish it was some dark secret to share, but it simply refers to the colors I selected when I split toned the image in PS. One was approximately a chocolate brown and the other was an off-white.

Colin Corneau May 3, 2013 It's quite similar to a very light bleaching when sepia toning...although frankly Photoshop tricks kinda are against APUG rules.
