Very fine image and print.
 
Nice idea [presume its a small contact print]. Personally, I avoid "scratchy" borders; though it would be difficult in this case given the presumed size of the print.

I am printing for a show and the final presentation of some of this type of print may be limited to just the negative area itself -- with or without the rebate.

Thank you. I find that one needs to completely re-think composition when working with 6x6cm images. It is an interesting challange!
