I'm no too sure what to say about this image, other than it is interesting for what it shows in detail of the model's anatomy, including what looks like a bit of spinal curvature, and muscle groups.

Perhaps this is best describe as an anti-photography image, where the result is less photographic than process that delivered it.

Does this make any sense to anyone else?
 
The nude was a bit boring and repetitive, in my humble op, till Weston began his series with reckless abandon and tremendous originality.
This shot is , also imho, a good example of careful, original positioning and good technique overall, a very nice nude indeed.
 
Thank you. Brooke is quite well-known in the traveling art model spheres in the US. I'm glad I got a chance to work with her a couple of times before she largely retired. I have other prints of her on the wall, but I'm looking forward to printing this one.
