I like this image alot. Subtle colours and tones. Composition is nice. Subject is neat - I like the funky cactus. The bath of soft natural light lights this image superbly, I think. Takes you right there into the environement. Nice image.

Fantastic. Warm and vibrant - this is what you miss out on with black and white, and you've used the medium fantastically.
In another life, it'd be a desktop wallpaper
