I like this very much. The falloff and swirl echos the circular figure on the stone, and the lettering is just legible enough. For some reason, to me the gravestone evokes a clock.

So what'll it be, lith?

And do you get get a true 1/1000 from the FP shutter?

Well, I'm not sure if its a true 1/1000th..I doubt it. I will be using fresh film and more strict developing techniques tomorrow--that should tell me more. This was just a lens test at a local (and frequently visited--some very old gravestones here) cemetary. I might just try a print. However, I haven't tried lith yet.

Keith,

Not sure if you will read this but I just set up my DIY shutter tester and tested out the FP shutter. I am getting 1/2 stop slow at 1/1000th and spot on at 1/250th and 1/60.
