Snowy Path

Snowy Path

A photo taken back in April just below Roseberry Topping in North Yorkshire. After some contemplation I decided to lith print it and then I toned it in gold to reduce the colouration. This worked but made the distant trees darker which reduces the effect of distance which I'm not sure I like.

I think the perspective by itself does a great job of revealing the depth in this image, as taken uphill. I don't see a real problem with the darkening of the trees.
